I relied on basketball or running for exercise, but after a knee injury I found myself pretty inactive for a couple of years before getting in contact with Logan. Working with Logan has decreased the effect of my injury and I have continued to improve my mobility while increasing strength. Logan has worked hard to keep workouts interesting and has also introduced  many stretching concepts that have increased my flexibility, which is something I am sorely lacking. Iโ€™m grateful to have connected with Logan and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.
