My Journey


My passion for health and fitness started when I was training to enhance my performance in my respective sports in high school. This led me to pursuing and receiving my degree in Kinesiology and Physical Activity from The Ohio State University. I have been coaching since 2014, first starting with personal training then translating into group fitness and small group personal training. Eventually coaching strength and conditioning for specific sports teams.

I have learned a lot over the last decade and helping 100+ clients achieve their goals, from general population to athletes training for specific sports.  Whether they want to lose fat, build muscle, or build better lifestyle habits to sustain their results forever.  What I have learned is it takes a complete approach to health and wellness.  Training, lifestyle, mindset and nutrition all play vital roles in someone being the best version of themselves.  Failure is not an option, but a requirement in order to reach your goals.  However, it is how you respond and learn from those failures, with the right mindset and guidance, that can bring you to your goals.

We use a system of training that focuses on core stability, mobility, functional strength, and injury prevention; giving our clients the foundation to build muscle and shed fat.
