Logan’s Journey
Logan’s passion for health and fitness started when he was training to enhance his performance in my respective sports in high school. This led him pursuing and receiving his degree in Kinesiology and Physical Activity from The Ohio State University. During his time at Ohio State he trained as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Building his experience and training skills to help better serve his clients. This is where he started to build the foundation of his training. Upon graduating he continued his career as a fitness coach and quickly realized something. No matter how strong you want to become, or how much weight you want to lose, you need to stay injury free to do so. Injuries are a part of fitness, and learning to deal with them while also reaching your goals is something we highly value.
These are the principles that Adapt Fitness Training was founded on. Training to get you healthier, stronger, and pain-free. Because we believe no matter what your fitness goals are, or what your previous injuries are, everyone can reach their goals. They just need the right training and guidance to get there. We use a system of training that focuses on core control, stability, mobility, and injury prevention; giving our clients the foundation to train effectively.
